Our refund policy is as follows:

1. A full refund will be issued within 15 days if the customer has not received a license via email.
2. The license keys must be used within 15 days of purchase, or the warranty will be void.
3. No refund will be issued if the customer has received a working license.

Please note that Cukeys.com reserves the right to verify the activation details of the product key within seven days. If the key has already been activated, we reserve the right to refuse a refund as the service has been provided as agreed.
